spoke with XXXX XXXX at Valentine Law Offices. He has violated the FDCPA and stated that I can not consolidate my loans because he is going to submit me for garnishment which is falsifying information and a scare tactic to get me to pay him and do the rehabilitation program. He also did not state the mini Miranda on our phone call with a third party on the line. He is also way too aggressive to be handling my student loans and this agency does not deserve to service my loans. He needs to be reprimanded and sent back to training and I would like proof.
