XXXX XXXX is reporting a debt balance of {$760.00} on all XXXX of my consumer credit reports. This debt balance was supposed to have been paided by XXXX when I switched from XXXX to XXXX in XXXX 2015. The debt balance was supposed to have been paided by XXXX as part of their Cut Your Bill in half advertisement. XXXX stated in their Cut your bill in Half promotion that when you switch to their company from your old cell phone provider that would pay the remaining portion of your prior bill. XXXX has not paid this balance and XXXX is reporting this balance to the XXXX consumer credit agencies. Since XXXX has not paid this balance then they are lying in their advertisement.
