collection attempts were made by a out of state debt collector who failed to provide verification of debt to me Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) by the following company XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ATTORNEYS AT LAW XXXX, MN XXXX validation request sent via USPS certified XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2015 after failing to prove the debt they transferred the account to there sister company RAUSCH , STURM , ISRAEL , ENERSON & HORNIK, LLC XXXX, MI XXXX FOR FURTHER HARASSMENT OF LEGAL ACTION TRYING TO FORCE ME TO PAY THERE FIRM TO WHICH I DO NOT OWE ANY OF THE ABOVE FIRMS I HAVE NEVER ENTERED INTO CONTRACT WITH.
