On XXXX, I discovered that Fidelty Creditor Service had placed an collection on my credit report. I called to find out who they are and what I owed for. Was told it was for a dental account. The manager XXXX XXXX called me a XXXX, a liar and a deadbeat that does not pay my bills. He refused to escalate this to his superior and provide me proof of debt. I tried to explain that I never recieved a call or any mail correspondence from this company. His response was we have a bad address you know about it now so pay your debt.
