I 've disputed some of their claims and sent proof of payment of rent, but have asked for further clarification on other claims of destruction. The agency states the matter has been investigated but they are agreeing with the apartment complex that I still owe. I have asked for dated receipts of their claims but have not received proof I owe them. When I asked for receipts, they sent same paperwork as before. I need more information in order to proceed. What happens when they investigate your disputes and still claim you owe them? I sent photo copies of paid rent from bank. I sent proof of payment and I 'm still disputing them but they claim I still owe. Also claim pet damage. I 'm disputing the extent of damage and will not pay for items they should do before a new tenant moves in such as painting. Also manager when I moved in wanted to put new carpet in. I asked her not to because I had pets, but to wait until I moved out before doing so.
