In XX/XX/XXXX, BSI Financial obtained my loan from XXXX. I 've been trying to get a detailed explanation of the charges of Principal, Interest, Charges, Fees and Penalties in a month-by-month breakdown since XX/XX/XXXX. All I receive are " Payment Histories '' and " Reinstatement Quotes ''.
I feel my account has been shuffled from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to BSI because none want to come to a reasonable agreement with me, and continue to add more and more charges and fees to my account.
