Scottrade Bank was hacked, yet Scottrade Bank staff refuse to acknowledge that the XXXX of customer credentials exposed effected both Scottrade XXXX and Scottrade Bank accounts.
I have written to Scottrade Bank, Scottrade XXXX, and Scottrade XXXX XXXX on a number of occasions and they al refuse to respond to my complaint. In turn, after a number of phone calls to management, I received a phone call from the branch manager who said my account had been permanently frozen and will be closed shortly. Allowing my no opportunity to withdrawal the funds and giving me no ability to plan financially. The branch manager at Scottrade was very rude and acted as though he did not care that I have paid XXXX in fees for the past few years. My last quest was a request that I talk to the legal department, Scottrade profusely declined and has since then blocked my calls.
I am writing to the CFPB in hopes that Scottrade will provide an appropriate and customer friendly response.
