I filed a complaint to you back in XXXX 2015 due to the company was calling me to early in the morning. I live in Arizona and the law here is no calls before XXXX. The company American Credit Acceptance called me after you sent the dispute and apologized, but after that I have not received any correspondence from them no monthly statements or calls. They stated I put in a request for them not contact me which is not true. When I spoke to someone with the company they never stated all correspondence would stop.
