This credit report agency has the wrong if not precise report from creditor which is not true causing conflict with merchants regarding Lawyers, accounting experts and etc contacting me via mail and with certification of tax lien imposed on me through IRS which is not so. I contact the number given of the county clerk in XXXX County and they indicated that there were no Legal Tax Lien on my account. I then contact the credit agency without making a report regarding this matter in which they replied that this case is active. This is fraudulent according to the State Law and it has to be dealt with accordingly.
