On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I purchased a car through Santander Consumer. The cost of my car was {$12000.00} with an interest rate of 24.99 % I put {$3000.00} down. As of today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I owe {$13000.00}. I have made XXXX payments of XXXX.
I called Santander to ask questions about my loan, I was told that My balance is my balance whether I pay off the loan early or not. XXXX XXXX the manager I spoke with could not tell me the amount of interest and the amount of Principle that defined my loan. I was told I have a simple interest loan with accruing daily interest of {$8.00}. and after 10 days a late fee is applied of XXXX. I do n't believe that this loan fair nor should it be legal to take advantage of consumers when we are not aware of all of the thin lines and loop holes. I have paid {$16000.00} on my car and I still another 4/5 years to pay it off. It is a XXXX XXXX XXXX.
