Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Sunday 3rd January 2016.
The debt was from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for a modem which I returned to the company in XXXX 2015 ; XXXX issued a receipt to me but did not clear the {$60.00} from their records. The company recorded {$60.00} as a debt and transferred the collection to Credit Control Corporation which has added {$31.00} to the original amount being collected. CCC is now sending me collection letters for {$91.00}. This debt is not only unjustified, it is entirely wrong and has been recorded in my credit report thereby affecting my credit score. Please have it removed from my credit reports.
