I contacted the the loan company, mariner finance in XXXX of 2015, and told them the reason why I was behind on XXXX payments was because I was having financial difficulty and that my wife and I are XXXX. I also told them that I would try and pay in XXXX. The woman I had spoke to on the phone said that if i was not going to pay that they would have to file a suit against me, after I had already told her that I would try and pay in XXXX. I then replied to her to do what she had to do, then she rudely hung up on me. since then there has been non stop phone calls by them trying to get a hold of me. They also had someone go to my house with an envelope saying please call us. In the envelope there was one of their cards.
