Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 31st December 2015.
XX/XX/XXXX, a property in XXXX, XXXX was purchased using my credentials. When I learned of this, I immediately discovered all pertinent information about and had a police report taken in my township of XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Local police forwarded the matter to the FBI in XXXX and then they forwarded that to the White Collar Division of the FBI in XXXX. Many debts appeared from this fraudulent address of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and all other matters were discharged ( I even sued a bank and credit reporting agency successfully since XXXX bank sold mortgage to a XXXX bank after I disputed the transaction ). Also, other debts using a false XXXX State Driver 's license were also undertaken, but all were successfully mitigated. Now, I 'm still getting harassed every few years over a XXXX XXXX for the same address. Dynamic Recovery Solutions calls me continually on my work cell phone ( a State of XXXX owned phone number for the record ) and my home phone number. I sent them a cease and desist letter on XX/XX/XXXX which USPS says was delivered to them on XX/XX/XXXX. I have received 2 calls since that time. Make them stop or I will sue. Since this debt is obviously over 10 years old, they have to stop also. I sent them in a letter to " XXXX '' my name and the phrase " Identity Theft '' to see that this was well published in many newspapers ( I even made the front page of XXXX XXXX ). I was also interview by XXXX XXXX and my situation was seen on XXXX nationally.
