On XXXX XXXX, 2015 my American Express Bluebird prepaid card was locked and suspended, citing violation of member agreement section XXXX, with {$540.00} in deposits still in the account. After repeated calls to request my deposits be returned, AmericanExpress phone agents tell me the deposits can not be released until an investigation closes. They tell me that there is no knowledge of when this may conclude. I have waited more than 60 days for the funds. It seems that they may hold my deposited funds indefinitely.
