Contacted Experian after getting a credit report from XXXX XXXX showing my Social Security Number for only their credit reporting agency was completely wrong. This caused a lot of negative reporting items to show up on my credit report and is keeping me from closing my loan. I sent proof of social security and my identification as well as a form from the social security administration. They claimed it would be taken care of immediately. I have been trying to get it resolved since XX/XX/XXXX. My loan is clear to close and still it has not changed with Experian and I am not able to close my loan. this is causing me financial distress. I have called in to Experian and have had my loan officer as well and each time they claim it will be fixed. When I asked them to send me proof its been changed they tell me they will send it and never do. I need this resolved right away!
