Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 22nd February 2016.
My XXXX loan has been in income based deferment since it became due in XXXX. The status has always been positive till XXXX, when it is showing XXXX late payments. I have contacted XXXX / XXXX with this issue. They stated that their report of the loan shows no late payments. I have all the original documents showing the dates of the deferment, payments due as {$0.00} and statements for the period in question showing amount due {$0.00} which I forwarded to Experian during 3 different disputes, but the report remains unchanged. Experian keeps sending me a report stating that the XXXX items ( XXXX different tranches of the same student loan ) were updated from their processing of my dispute, but it is unable to provide with method of verification or documents showing different information than what I provided directly from XXXX. Experian keeps quoting FCRA, Section 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) and ( 7 ), but they are in direct violation of the act. I demand immediate correction of my report.
