The cfpb issued a XXXX fold administrative proceeding ( File No. XXXX ) against Central Financial Control.
One mandate of the proceeding was a penalty of up to {$120.00} ( aprox ) per incident to each affected customer.
Another mandate was to issue a full refund to customers who had paid the implicated debts ( accounts ) in full. ( The third aspect of the proceeding is to forgive in full the debt of afflicted customers who failed to pay their debt. ) I was issued XXXX penalty checks of {$120.00} each, complying with XXXX mandate of the proceeding. In addition and as per the proceeding, a refund is due to me in the amount of {$2700.00}. for account number XXXX, for a debt that was paid in full to Central Financial Control and is XXXX of the accounts I held covered by the cfpb mandate. A check for {$120.00} to comply with the penalty mandated was issued for this account, but absolutely no refund has been issued. Central Financial Control is still in violation of the 'refund ' mandate in the proceeding.
