I have been contacted by various agencies to collect a debt for XXXX Bank. I found out it was XXXX. I have two years of certified reciepts trying to get debt validation.I was contacted recently by a law firm XXXX XXXX XXXX. They represented to me they were acting on behalf of XXXX Bank. They were dishonest. They were acting on behalf of a debt buyer- Second Round LP. I contacted the CEO XXXX XXXX of XXXX Bank and filed a recent complain with the State of New Jersey. After I told XXXX XXXX I was doing this he sent me verification he did not represent XXXX Bank but a debt buyer. All of his communication say XXXX Bank. He disclosed via mail on XXXX that Second Round LP bought XXXX accounts ( charge offs ) for {$18000.00} or {$2.00} per account. He was representing a debt buyer not XXXX Bank. I further contacted Second Round LP on XXXX/XXXX/15 and they would not give me any information except to tell me that a XXXX in Georgia had the debt and I had to contact them. I am very uncomfortable with the deceptive practices of Second round LP, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX law form. They were acting as if they were representing a bank when the bank had charged the account off an they were debt buyers. I have gone above a reasonable expectation to get debt validation. I am in contact with XXXX Bank at this moment but very concerned about what I believe is misrepresentation and scare tactics, bullying by the above companies.I have a long paper trail to support my statements. I noticed that Second Round LP placed a deragotory item on my XXXX report in XX/XX/2015.The attorney named above XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me an email stating that was untrue. I have since given him a copy and asked it be removed immediately. I have a copy of this as well.
