I have been getting calls about a debt that is not mine. I just checked my credit report and found GC Services on it with an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX and a debt of {$140.00} turned over on XXXX/XXXX/15 ... interesting because I filed bankruptcy in XXXX, 2015. I think they are trying to collect for XXXX, but I have not been with XXXX in well over a year and do not owe them anything. The account listed on the credit report is shown as XXXX ... .I have no idea what the last XXXX numbers are. Nothing has ever been mailed to me so I really have no idea what this debt is for ... and I do not answer unknown phone numbers on my phone unless they leave me a voicemail telling me exactly who they are and what they want ... I am on a do not call list! I read on the internet review after review of how this company is a scam and I want them to pull off my credit report totally what they put on XXXX/XXXX/15 or I will send my bankruptcy lawyer their way. I do not owe this lousy {$140.00} no matter where they say it is coming from! Why is this scam company still allowed to do business when they harass people innocent people all the time? Shut them down!
