BSI servicing company keeps harrassing me with threats to report my account to credit bureaus and tacking on late fees for a payment they have already received by failed to apply. Please see all attached evidence, statements, and copies of checks cashed. i have emailed and called them several times to remedy this, however their customer service representatives simply have no answers and offer no solutions. My grace period is the XXXX of the each month, my payment is {$110.00} and I always round up to {$110.00}, and I have never had a late payment in my LIFE! I am sick of being harrassed by phone calls from BSI EVERY day ( 3-5 times per day ), EVERY MONTH from the XXXX to the XXXX of the month when I have never paid late!
