Complaint #1717060 submitted on 12/26/2015 relating to TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc.. Complaint relates to Credit reporting - Incorrect information on credit report Account status.

Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Saturday 26th December 2015.

I paid off and closed account with XXXX XX/XX/2015. TransUnion did not report but other agencies did. I contacted XXXX and they stated that they had reported paid and closed to Transunion and I would have to contact them. XXXX also sent me a letter ( attached ). The investigation by TransUnion completed on XXXX/XXXX/2015 only shows payment into XX/XX/XXXX with a balance and open status. As I had paid off the loan but XXXX still took out a payment, I had to be mailed a check. ( Statement attached )
