Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 29th January 2016.
This reported item was a duplicated sent printer. I spoke with XXXX rep who told me to decline receipt upon arrival, which I did and carrier took it away immediately. Obviously, XXXX failed to remove this double shipped printer from my credit card. I called to confirm this was removed and was told that it was. This is an erroneous charge and needs to be removed immediately. The credit card from XXXX has since been canceled. Please have this removed immediately as it is affecting my credit rating.
