I received a call from Argon Credit asking if I wanted to refinance my account. At first, I stated No and my husband said yes we use it for XXXX. Well that is when the nightmare begin. I received the contact on XX/XX/XXXX and I notice that it did not have any account information. I called an gave her the information and was told that the funds would be there on XX/XX/XXXX. They were not there, so I called and spoke with XXXX XXXX, she asked that I send her bank statement and voided check which I did. Then a young man called and asked for the same information, I explained that I had sent it to XXXX XXXX and he stated that she had not update and ask that I email him the documents. The next day no funds so I called and was told that it would take up to 5 days, I have never had a problem in the pass. So on XX/XX/XXXX I called and I said ok this is crazy I have been waiting since XX/XX/XXXX for the funds and you send me an email stating that the funds would be in my account on XX/XX/XXXX. I ask can we just cancel and I go back to my old agreement that I had. XXXX ask that I allow him to see what was going on and call me back. He did and told me that the bank had rejected the deposit, so I call the bank and was told that no deposit was presented my that company. So I called back and I requested a supervisor, all the time I am asking about this due date of XX/XX/XXXX which was going to be less than 30day since at this time I did not have the funds. I was told each time that once I received the funds to call back and the due date would be changed. Well the funds were finally deposited into my account on XX/XX/XXXX 11 days after this whole process started. So I called and spoke with XXXX and was told that she would call me back. She did leave a message when I called back I was told that the due date would not be change the payment is due on XX/XX/XXXX, 19 days after I received the funds. Then I am looking at the contact and it states that funds will be issue no later than 5 days after the contact since I there is a 5 day grace before late fee applies. I also notice that the interest is 59 %. Everyone that I talked to before told me that the due date would be change since it was after the 5 days and now I am being told that they are not willing to change the due date.
