my x wife was taking care of our finances and ran up credit cards in my name during our marriage. in which I did not know about. I ended up in court with law suits and wage garnishments. I ended up paying all off XX/XX/XXXX. the bank we banked at was one that held a credit card that I took to court to fight. I told the judge I did not sign anything and did not make the charges. sense I did not have an attorney due to they took all I had out of my account during court hearings and wage garnishments. I had no money to live on or for an attorney. I went for a week at a time with no food until I could sell things to get food. but I ended up still paiding off the credit cards as the court stated on time. I finally got the court to listen to me after several court hearings. the court awarded me a full refund plus damage charges for the bank to pay me. well I never have seen a penny of this settlement. but all stopped with anymore collection from the bank or credit card. now yesterday XX/XX/XXXX my work gets a call from someone stating they are a collection agency to collect the same depth from XX/XX/XXXX from the same bank and card. again they wanted my company to have me call them in the matter. I called this phone number and they told me I owed the money again on same mess as before. then they told me if I did not pay they would send some one to my work for me. I told them that is not legal and what they claimed I owe was settled in court in XX/XX/XXXX and to never call me or my company ever again. I got another call from them on my cell phone today XX/XX/XXXX with more threats. that if I did not settle with them then again they would confront me at my work. I tried to call them back again several more times with no answers. their phone number is XXXX after their way of messages and live calls I know they have to be a scammer. there is a whole lot more to tell but I will leave it for now with these people need to be stopped.
