I have a personal loan with Best Egg. I innocently forgot to pay it on XX/XX/XXXX, the due date. The very next afternoon, I started receiving robo calls EVERY HOUR nearly. This is harassing and extremely excessive. I have previously spoken to someone about this at Best Egg, yet nothing has been done. I am not months late but a day or so. I can not stand to continue receiving calls like this, especially if I am at work. No messages are ever left, it just a robot. I have since set up payment, but continue to get calls constantly, literally all day long. This HAS to stop!
