I was told by XXXX XXXX that the {$59.00} XXXX fee to pull credit ) would be deducted from fee of services. The price that I was given by XXXX did not include a deduction of the {$59.00}. XXXX XXXX said it would take 45 days but, as of XXXX/XXXX/2015, they have not done anything. This company has received {$400.00} and have failed to do what their contract states.
