This company has failed to provide me with validation of an account I had disputed by mail correspondence sent to them last month.
This is a debt I believe to be frivolous and the company 's failure to respond with validation proves that this is indeed a frivolous account.
Additionally this company is reporting the account on my credit report as a past due account from last month and making it look as though this account is a recent account. This constitutes illegal reporting of the account.
