Nationwide Credit I reporting to XXXX that I owe {$3000.00} to an apartment community called XXXX. I have contacted Nationwide Credit, requesting a detailed explanation for the debt they are attempting to collect, but they are refusing to supply this information. It is a violation of my rights, under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to continue to report this debt to the credit bureaus, if they can not verify details about the balance they are trying to collect.
