Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 21st December 2015.
My cell phone number - and my brother 's - is not associated with my mother, nor does she give it out. However, a XXXX XXXX from the National Enterprise System has attained our cell phone numbers and repeatedly called with claims about our mother 's debts. We have clarified that we are not the people to speak to and that he legally must mail her information because she has no idea who this company is or what they are calling about. I have called their compliance department to complain and was sent to a voicemail. I have yet to know if they actually received my voicemail. I am complaining because someone else 's debts are not my concern and I am very upset that our numbers were found and used in an illegal manner.
