Dear Sir or Madam, I received a collection later from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2015.
I responded back to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX by registered mail ( delivery proof attached ). I explained that the accounts listed are already paid in full as agreed and attached copy of checks paid to XXXX XXXX clearly mentioning the billing account number and final payments.
XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. never responded back to debt verification request.
I checked my credit report on XXXX and found that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported XXXX accounts in collection. I reached out to all three credit agencies multiple times with all payment documents but still see these derogatory listings on my credit report. Every time, I sent the communication to credit agencies XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX they responded back with 'debt verified ' response.
I look forward to getting the justice in this matter.
