Paid my bill on time with a cashiers check and was told the payment was " returned '' a week after it was " returned ''. After numerous attempts to navigate the XXXX a phone maze to talk to someone at American Express they were of no help. Tried calling four times and was knocked off the line each time for a total time on hold of 2 hours. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY MY BILL IF NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME?
