My cardmembership with American Express entitles me to access the XXXX. XXXX in turn gives me free shipping when I make purchases through their network of retailers. My most recent purchase, which I made using XXXX mobile application on my XXXX was completely botched. I ordered XXXX items, but only XXXX was communicated to their affiliated retailer for fulfillment. I should have received free shipping, but did not. The CFPB needs to know that American Express is doing business with partners that create issues for consumers.
