Continuously calling me, telling me that my full payments are due the day of the call, telling me that I need to pay them now, I have repeatedly told them that if they just send me the bill I can make payments, continue to tell me it 's due right now, I tell them that I do n't have the money today until I get my paycheck, then they continued to ask me when I get my paycheck, telling me that when I do get it I need to call in on the phone and pay because they do not send paper statements, which is false because I have a bill from them that I just got in the mail yesterday.
