Continental Finance Company took advantage of me by taking DOUBLE Monthly Minimum Payments from me for months and only allowed double payment ( on-line payment and by phone when I checked to see if minimum for each month was being received by CFC. We I found out by looking at XXXX 2015 Monthly Statement CFC was actually receiving {$70.00} and not the agreed upon {$35.00} I contacted CFC to ask and was told to turn off auto pay and I would not suffer late fee or other penalty while the matter was being fixed and that I would be refunded for XX/XX/XXXX double Minimum Payment received by CFC. I was told I could use the Refund for XXXX 2015 payment. I have not received a Refund and CFC still charged me with a late Fee. I have never been late with a payment. My account with CFC is now Delinquent. I contacted my bank XXXX for help to stop double payments going to CFC. I think I was being double charged Interest for each double Minimum Payment I made. XXXX Contacted CFC. That same day or the next my account was charged late fee and is now somehow delinquent. How can my account be delinquent when I never missed a Minimum Monthly payment? On one or two occasions CFC applied the Doubled Minimum Payment for the next months payment, like XXXX XXXX and other well known Creditors do.
