Velocity investment located in NJ, has been collecting on XXXX prior debts, XXXX of them has been paid in full, the second is in monthly payments. No letters or communications have been sent to me to remove the first account from my credit report, I was promised emails to confirm the payoff, nothing was received. Now I have other so called debt collectors contacting me about some obscure debts. I do not know if Velocity has shared my information, or what has happened. I am considering asking my bank to recuperate the funds I have paid.
