Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 29th December 2015.
I received a " thank you for your order '' e-mail from Swiss Colony company, although I never submitted an order. The customer service person said that the order was on it 's way and there was nothing they could do. They said I could n't return the package, assuming it arrives at my address, since it is perishable food. They said I could not get a refund to my pre-approved credit account. They said that they were not authorized to close my credit line with XXXX, so this person can and probably will order again, using my name and account number and line of Swiss Colony credit, which is over {$2000.00}, although their first 'bogus ' order is {$130.00}, and XXXX. said I am responsible for the bill. I ca n't believe this! It is an outrage. I am the victim here, but cust. service told me I must get a paid, notarized letter explaining/proving that I did not actually place this order. The phone number on this order is not mine, however, they would not give me the phone number of the person so I can figure out who placed this order, citing " privacy '' concerns, of all things. Can you help? XXXX XXXX
