Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Saturday 20th February 2016.
They have doubled the amount by filing it twice for one second this was to be filed on my insurance and was given instructions as to how to file being it was state medically needy insurance they refused to do so saying I had to pay it and get reimbursed from my insurance and that is n't how that insurance works so they need to file it with the insurance and remove this from my report
