I purchased a dog through XXXX pet store XX/XX/2015. They financed it through Monterey Finance, I was never given the disclosures for the finance charge. The purchase price of the dog was XXXX I have paid a total of XXXX on the dog. The purchase should be paid in full however I have never received a monthly statement showing my balance and finance charges. I finally was able to speak with someone after numerous attempts they stated I still owe a balance of XXXX. It 's more than frustrating that I have paid my payments monthly on time and without and communication from this phantom company. When you try to call them they put you on hold long amounts of time followed by being disconnected. I reached out to pet store where I purchased the dog they stated they could not give me any information.
