Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 14th December 2015.
On XXXX XXXX, 2015 I was contacted via phone by a representative of Credit Management is regards to an unknown debt. I advised the telephone rep that I was unaware of the debt and asked that Credit Management send me verification of the debt and not contact me via phone as it was not convenient for me. The telephone call was the first and only contact to me by Credit Management. I was never sent anything in the mail as required by law with my right to dispute. I mailed a written request for validation on XXXX/XXXX/2015 ( sent certified mail with tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Within a few days Credit Management then start reporting the account on my credit report.The dispute letter was delivered on XXXX/XXXX/2015. To date I have not received a timely response from Credit Management regarding this debt nor have I received an initial correspondence indicating my right to dispute as required by law.
