I have asked for but have not received any sort of statement showing what I owe and to whom. I have also asked that they not call me at work but yet they continue to do so. I even provided them with my cell phone number instead.
I have offered to submit money to this account on a monthly basis once I receive documentation of the outstanding bill. They refused to accept any sort of payment unless it was {$250.00} or more a month.
