I made a timely payment electronically to BSI Financial. I received a notice that the payment had been scheduled. The payment did not get processed. I emailed and then called BSI to find out what the problem is. They can provide me no explanation for why my payment will not process, they can not locate a supervisor to talk with me and they will not provide me the information of the government agency they are accountable to. How can I get BSI Financial to properly process my on line loan payments?
