I went to the XXXX institute of XXXX for schooling in XXXX virginia. I have now learned that their is a lawsuit pending by the government against XXXX and their practices. I feel that i am part of the predatory lending as after going through repayment since 2011 i have noticed my loans ballooning ( specifically from my private loans not federal ) attached is current loan " payments '' and you will notice that even when im on interest only that my interest payments are not even covering the interest that is supposedly accrued making it into a ballon payment
