My sister and me bought the house in XXXX in XXXX House ; XXXX, California under the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Unfortunately after paying all the bills up to XXXX XXXX, XXXX and after this we decided to foreclose the house due to financial problem. After the house was foreclosed the XXXX XXXX XXXX took over the house, which after this we do n't know what happened? We did n't receive any letter/notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
We thought that we do n't owe any payment to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX until I received the summons notice from Credit Bureau Associates. The address of the Credit Bureau Associates is XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX, California XXXX. Their telephone number XXXX. The summon notice which I received was in year XXXX stating the amount of {$7500.00} which they want me to pay. Of course I do n't want to pay this amount so I went to the court in XXXX in XXXX, California but unluckily I loss the case. When I go over all the paper works from the Credit Bureau Associates and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I found out that they did n't not send me any bill to the address where I am living since XXXX up to the present. If the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX send me a bill using my real address where I am living for almost 34 years ( my only address ) I would have take care of it but since they did n't send me the bill thus it went to debt collector agency XXXX Credit Bureau Associates XXXX year XXXX.
That is why I am disputing it cause for me its not my fault but their fault of not even sending me a bill, first bill since we foreclose the house. I was just shocked when the Credit Bureau Associates summon notice.
