Dear Sir/Madam, After reviewing this document : XXXX and being a victim of Identity Theft myself, I thought I would take some of the proactive steps to research and resolve the situation.

I am writing today to ask Scottrade Bank provide me with access to my account so I can review the alleged debts and balances. Furthermore, I would like Scottrade to confirm what amount if any debt they allege to own.

Scottrade previously claimed that I owe them money, but will not let me access to account to see the specific details.
