I have fallen on real hard times after my parents passed away and was not able to pay on a credit card. Well now without notice I received a Judgement against me were it states that they will or can garnish my wages. After I make all my monthly payments I am left with maybe {$30.00} to {$35.00} a month, I also get my food from a Food Bank. I e-mailed them and said that I could pay them {$20.00} a month but not more and their answer was they they rejected my offer. What can I do, if they garnish my wages I will loose everything. I ca n't afford an Attorney and this is really giving me XXXX XXXX XXXX. I will attache documents.
