Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 28th December 2015.
Collection agency reported to XXXX that I owe {$550.00} to XXXX XXXX for an outstanding gas bill which I have a grant for the amount of {$600.00} for. I disputed the claim and sent them a copy of the grant. I have not been contacted by them since.
I have also called, faxed, and mailed the grant information to XXXX XXXX via USPS Priority with signature and when ever I call they say they have no record of receiving any information for me.
I have not lived in the state for almost two years.
