Upon Auditing my Thank You Rewards Credit Card with a Supervisor at Citi, we discovered a huge discrepancy that no one can find out why but had an idea and was going to investigate. It turned out that balance transfers are done manually and can human error. ( Balance transfers from cards closed due to security measures ). Initial Audit Dated XXXX XXXX show discrepancy of nearly $ XXXX. NOW, after dissecting this to a minutia year by year for XXXX and XXXX, I find out I am actually OWED money, just over $ XXXX. I have evidence generated by Citibank.com of spend activity that supports this. However, my monthly statements due not reflect the true activities online. I checked all my other Citi Cards, the online activities AND billing statements match dollar per dollar. It is just this account.
