I had a debt that was deleted in XXXX and then sold to a XXXX party collector and put back on my credit reports the debt was not mines and i have sent the company the debt that was deleted. Also the debt was put on my reports without the company letting me know that the debt was due it was deleted and put back on within a couple of weeks and i have proof i have been violated of this practice under the FCRA
