Bank of America stated I was not qualified because of my debt to income. However, they did not take into account the new payment which went from {$270.00} to over {$1000.00} per month. Further, they did not take into account rentals that are no longer occupied. Only XXXX representative has contacted me during the last XXXX complaints I have filed. A representative called me on XX/XX/XXXX to simply state that I did not qualify. I asked for other solutions to which she had none. All their information was based on documentation I have had throughout the last year. Much has changed, no one will assist. They have a recording that states " We are here to help '' They have not. They will not. I will go public with these complaints and send copies to my congressmen. I also would like to know if there is a fear of backlash that is preventing the CFPB from going ofter such big banks as Bank of America.
