Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 8th December 2015.
I had rented XXXX books from XXXX in the XXXX semester of 2015. I returned BOTH book rentals as I do every time I 've rented books through my undergrad. On XXXX XXXX I received XXXX letters from a law office in Florida saying this was an attempt to collect both debts. CLAIM NUMBERS XXXX and XXXX. I have now filed a complaint and debt validation request with them and the XXXX. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. This is illegal. There are more than XXXX complaints of this where they say they 've never received the return books. They are praying on college students. I want both books removed from my account and the debt to be removed. The order number was XXXX. I have tried to settle this with the company explaining that I have mailed them back and customer service was not helpful. This company has a history of saying they have no received the rentals and sending directly to collections. I have perfect credit and have never had a bill outstanding.
